RITUAL
21-22 FEBRUARY 2026
In the forgotten depths of the Mycenaean palace, Orestes lies in wait. The gods have gone quiet, and he can't figure out why.
But he is desperate, and determined, to make them speak again.
An immersive theatre experience spanning 8 hours, anchored by a single actor performing throughout.
"All-around spectacular." -No Proscenium
Based on the classic Greek tragedy cycle The Oresteia, RITUAL is an immersive theatre installation spanning 8 hours throughout the day. The experience is free to attend, and guests are welcome to drop in for 5 minutes or 5 hours, and experience the show however they please: watching Orestes, rummaging through a fully-designed set packed with artifacts and mementoes, or sitting back as the space churns to life around them.
While guests may arrive without a timed entry reservation, making a booking is recommended to avoid a wait.
RITUAL debuted to acclaim in 2021 in New York, and is making its London premiere with the support of Arts Council England.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does Ritual work? How long is it?
Ritual is a durational immersive theatre show that is designed to be experienced however you like, and however long you like — you are welcome to show up at any point in the opening hours, much like an art installation or museum, and stay for as long or as short as you like. Once inside, you can watch the performance or explore the set.
Do I need a ticket? Can I just walk in?
You can make a timed entry booking above or at the link here. We will hold some space for walk-in guests and so you are welcome to just turn up as well.
What time should I book for?
Whatever time works for your schedule — there’s no particular benefit to showing up earlier or later in the day.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, though we ask that you only make a booking for your initial entry to ensure space for all. Once you exit the space, you may have to queue to re-enter, but if there isn’t a wait, you can just head back in.
Where is Ritual located?
Ritual is located at COLAB Tower, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HB. COLAB Tower will feature an indoor queuing area and has a bar and restroom facilities as well.
I need to reschedule or cancel my booking.
Use the “Manage Tickets” link in your original confirmation email to rebook or cancel.
The bookings show four people maximum, but I’d like to come with a group.
That’s fine — just have someone else in your group make the additional timed entry booking.
Is Ritual wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, as we are activating a formerly disused space, the facility elevator is out of service. Please note the performance space is only accessible by stairs.
I have a content question.
Ritual features low lighting situations and occasional loud sounds and music. As needs and sensitivities vary from person to person, we recommend reaching out to info@witnessimmersive.com with any specific questions, which will be answered promptly and confidentially.
